Jeep is enhancing its Grand Cherokee lineup for 2025 with new Canada-exclusive features and packages, highlighted by a unique Altitude package for the electrified 4xe model. The announcement reinforces the brand's commitment to the Canadian market while maintaining its focus on electrification.
Canadian Market Focus
The 2025 Grand Cherokee 4xe receives special attention in Canada with a restructured lineup consisting of three distinct packages: the base 4xe, Canada-exclusive Altitude 4xe, and Anniversary Edition 4xe. The new Altitude 4xe package includes Gloss Black exterior accents, 18-inch aluminum wheels, Capri Leatherette seats, and heated second-row seats.
The brand maintains its market-specific pricing strategy for the 4xe models, ensuring all variants qualify for provincial and federal electrified vehicle incentives. This approach aims to make electrified options more accessible to Canadian consumers.
The Grand Cherokee 4xe continues to deliver 42 kilometres of all-electric range and fuel efficiency of 4.2 litres equivalent per 100 kilometres. The plug-in hybrid system produces 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, maintaining the model's 2,720-kg (6,000-lb) towing capability.
The traditional Grand Cherokee and three-row Grand Cherokee L maintain their four-model structure for 2025, with Laredo, Limited, Overland, and Summit trim levels. Both versions feature the standard 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 engine, delivering 293 horsepower and class-leading towing capacity of 2,812 kg (6,200 pounds).
All 2025 Grand Cherokee models include more than 110 advanced safety and security features. Standard equipment across the range encompasses Full-speed Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go, and Active Lane Management. The lineup also offers Uconnect 5 connectivity with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
Production of the 2025 Grand Cherokee lineup continues at the Detroit Assembly Complex, with vehicles assembled at both the Jefferson and Mack plants.
