The service team here is absolutely phenomenal, I am so thankful for them. I did not even purchase my Ram at this location and they went above and beyond for me. Kevin, and the girls are the front desk are an absolute delight to deal with. I was in a huge car accident last year, racking up over 20k in damages that I had to fight my insurance tooth and nail to properly fix. (Stay away from The Personal and FixIt Fredericton). Dodge was unable to do the original repairs, because it was full body/frame work—but once I started having issues again after getting my truck back, they advocated on my behalf to my insurance. Kevin looked into all of the work I had done, the accident photos, and was even trying to help with some of the repairs that fell under my service contract with Dodge, despite it likely being accident related. He did not need to do any of this. They made sure my previous insurance company not only (rightfully) covered the repairs, but moved it over to Fairview Dodge so that I could be confident in the quality and efficiency of the work. Now I still have a title rebuilt truck, but thanks to them it’s running as smoothly as possible and they made the process absolutely delightful compared to my previous. I cannot sing their praises enough, some truly honest, kind and hard working people at this location.
My wife and I are travelling across Canada from BC in a Class B RV (Ram Promaster chassis) and needed an oil change. I called knowing we would be in Fredericton in a couple of days and asked if they might be able to fit us in. Without hesitation, the service advisor said it was not a problem. When we arrived, we were greeted by the extremely pleasant service advisors and they had our van serviced as quickly as possible. We are travelling with our dog and as the dealership is very dog-friendly, there was no problem waiting with her. All the staff members who came by were dog lovers and our Parker was showered with affection. The service team at Fairview Jeep Ram were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind.
The clutch pedal was on the floor due to the slave cylinder going bad. We fulltime RV so only have a finite time in each city we visit. I called Fairview Jeep to make an appointment to get it fixed before we arrived. Christa, the service rep, advised me they didn't have any open appointments until 2 days after our scheduled departure. So, we set up the appointment anyway and were prepared to hang out for a week at the RV. To my amazement, she got the Jeep in the shop and fixed it in a day. WOW!! That is 7-star service! A BIG Thank You for taking care of us. Now we can actually explore Fredericton NB for a week.
